IAMPHENOM is hosted at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (119 N. Broad St. | Philadelphia, PA 19107) this year! Please enter on Broad St. between Race and Arch St. There are multiple events going on simultaneously at the Convention Center, so please use this entrance.
The dress code for the conference is business casual — we can’t wait to see you in person! Remember, meeting rooms can be chilly so bring a comfortable sweater or jacket. A general coat check will be available during the conference on the Terrace level by registration.
Dress to impress in cocktail attire for the Customer Awards Gala on Tuesday, and keep it casual for the Party at Reading Terminal on Wednesday — come ready to celebrate!
There is valet parking at most hotels, as well as multiple parking garages within a few blocks of the convention center. Prices vary by garage, and you can find a list of garages here: https://philapark.org/garages/. Street parking is very limited. If possible, we recommend using public transportation or Uber/Lyft.
Yes! We will share more details with attendees closer to the event.
Yes! Attendees who attend sessions during the event will receive an email following the event with a code to redeem SHRM and HRCI credits.

Yes, sessions from the main conference will be recorded and available for attendees after the event. You will receive an email following the event with more details.
You are able to transfer your registration to another person by going to your registration confirmation email and selecting “manage registration” or “contact the organizer.”
