What is IAMPHENOM?

IAMPHENOM is a two day event focused on bringing the sharpest minds in HR and TA together under one roof. Conversations will surround a variety of topics impacting today's recruiting such as candidate experience, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in talent acquisition, employee retention, building a referral network, attracting talent and much more. Our goal is to bring innovative talent acquisition leaders and industry influencers in one room to discuss the current and future of TA as well as to learn, network and get inspired from one another.

Who should attend the event?

This event will be beneficial for those guiding TA or HR strategy for their organization.

How do I register?

Fill out the form located on this website. Additional information will be emailed to you within the next two business days once the form has been received.

How much does the IAMPHENOM Conference cost?

The cost to register is $699 which includes entry to each session, all networking events and meals. An early bird registration of $499 is being offered until March 31st. Following the completion of the form on this website, individuals will be contacted by Phenom People to provide next steps as well as a promotional code, if applicable, to use during the payment process.

Can I register for just one day of the Conference?

To maximize the value of this event, we are not offering one day passes. We do not want to prevent anyone from attending due to prior commitments, so please email IAMPHENOM@phenompeople.com with any special circumstances.

What time does the event start and conclude?

IAMPHENOM will begin with registration and breakfast at 8am EST on Wednesday, May 2nd, and will conclude with a closing party ending at 10pm EST on Thursday, May 3rd.

Do I need to bring anything for registration?

No, there is no need for paper tickets or to print confirmation. Your name will be on an attendee list at the entrance upon check-in.

Can I recommend a speaker?

Absolutely! Phenom is always looking for speaker suggestions. Please email them directly to IAMPHENOM@phenompeople.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendees can receive a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. If you are interested in transferring your ticket, please contact IAMPHENOM@phenompeople.com. Lastly, if you do not show up to the event, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration.
